30 years of continuous growth for BIO POOL, a benchmark in the water treatment market
Over the past 30 years, Bio-Pool has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as a key player in the salt water electrolysis market.
Established in Haute-Garonne since its creation in 1994, BIO POOL has built up undeniable expertise in the water treatment sector, and in particular in electrolysis cells. Over the years, BIO POOL has become a benchmark in the replacement parts market, while renewing its electrolyser ranges.
Compatibility for a more sustainable, more economical swimming pool
The cell is a consumable item which can be replaced by an original cell, or by a compatible cell, at lower cost and with comparable efficiency. Bio-Pool’s compatible cells are perfectly suited to all installations and have the same functions as original cells (self-cleaning, low salinity, etc.).
To maximize the environmental benefits of using electrolysers, Bio-Pool is proud to offer a range of over 200 cell references compatible with electrolyzers from the market’s leading brands.
Our customers can easily replace a defective or end-of-life electrode, which not only avoids the high cost of replacing the entire chlorinator, but also considerably reduces the environmental impact.
The rise of Bio-Pool
Created by technicians from the world of aeronautics, in 2016 the company joined the ACWA group alongside ACIS and WA Conception. This pooling of know-how has notably enabled the company to expand its range with connected products in electrolysis and regulation.
To cope with its rapid expansion, BIO-POOL then moved to new premises in Plaisance-du-Touch (31) in January 2022, benefiting from a larger manufacturing and storage area. All this with the aim of offering improved service to its many customers.
That same year, Arnaud Dantin, a recognized professional, joined the adventure by taking over the management of BIO-POOL to support its development. One of his objectives is to promote the “Made in France” DNA of water treatment products (electrolysers, controls, cells, etc.).
Finally, in 2023, the integration of Ynéom into the ACWA groupbrought additional expertise in connected water treatment, and expanded Bio-Pool’s catalog with Ynblue (a solution compatible with all types of water treatment).
What’s next?
Bio-pool intends to pursue its development and is preparing numerous innovations for 2025 thanks to the synergy of the ACWA group’s know-how. In this dynamic, the company has not forgotten one of its priorities: customer satisfaction, thanks to appliances that meet the expectations of professionals as closely as possible.
